Cherokees of Central Florida Get Together
Official At Large satellite community of the Cherokee Nation since 2007

It was so wonderful to be with the Cherokee folks in Florida this past Saturday! It has been three years since we were last there, and everyone was really glad to be together again. There is a great organization in the state called the Cherokees of Central Florida. Folks in Florida should check them out and get involved. They are an official At Large satellite community of the Cherokee Nation and have been around since 2007, when I worked with Daniel Morris, Monte Hall, and others to launch the group. There were over 400 people in attendance and it was so great to see you all - I have missed you!
